60 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years amd elder; 2. Patients cheduled for total hip-replacement surgery; 3. Patients with postoperative hospital stay was more than eight days; 4. no evidence of severe concurrent cardiac, pulmonary, neurologic, or metabolic diseases; 5. MMSE screening score: Uneducated=17 points, Primary education=20 points, Higher Education=23 points; 6. Signed informed consent indicating that patients are awareof the clinical trail of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not understand the standard Chinese words or unable to cooperate with the examiner; 2. Used sedatives and / or antidepressants in the nearly three months; 3. Central nervous system diseases, severe visual and hearing disorders,Parkinson's disease; 4. The same patient during the collection of cases of reoperation; 5. Traumatic brain injury or a history of surgery; 6. Patients with long-term heavy drinking, alcohol or drug abuse.
