Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe COPD (FEV1 <50%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with trachoestomy, mechanical ventilation, severe abnormality of sensory,severe arrythmias,change in chest X-ray; Dinied informed consent.
