20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile individuals aged 20-35 years; 2. Regular menstruation 25-35 days; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m2; 4. Basal FSH: <10IU/L. E) AFC=6; 5. Both ovaries exist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. II or III degree of endometriosis; 2. Surgical history in ovary; 3. History of poor ovary response in IVF; 4. History of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 5. Dysfunction of hypothalamus or pituitary; 6. hyperprolactinemia; 7. Complication of diabetes, hypertension and thyroid disease.
