18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 70 years, the preoperative pathological diagnosis elective gastrointestinal cancer patients with radical surgery (including gastric cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic, duodenal cancer and colonrectal cancer).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung disease; 2. Diabetes; 3. Serious infections; 4. Dyslipidemia (total triglycerides>2.26mmol/L or total cholesterol>6.2mmol/L); 5. Renal impairment (creatinine >122 umol/L or urea>10.7mmol/L); 6. Splenectomy; 7. Currently receiving hormone therapy.
