40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for major abdominal surgery; 2. Patients of ASA I-II; 3. Signed and dated written informed consent obtained from the subject and/or subject's legally acceptable representative prior to study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with abnormal electrocardiogram or chest X-ray, cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency, diabetes, body mass index >30 kg/m2, allergic history, history of drug abuse and infusion liquid contain glucose within 6 hours before operation,underwent urgent/emergency surgery were excluded. Patients who had severe complications such as cardiovascular events, allergic shock, intraperitoneal hemorrhage or application of insulin after operation were also excluded.
