30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) age from 30 to 70 years old;b) primary or sencondary osteoarthritic hip, persisting over 6 months;c) limited range of motion in the hip;d) anatomical abnormality and narrow joint space revealed by X ray;e) relation of pain and affected daily life with hip pathogenesis proved by radiology and physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) because of local anatomy, technical problems, or other limitations, patients could not randomly be allocated to either anatomical rotational center group or higher level group. A high risk would be accompanied with one of these groups; b) mild pathogenesis of the hip, or persisting less than 6 months; c) pathogenesis of the hip caused by pathological fracture; d) neural system disorders affecting motion of the limbs and muscle strength, such as Parkinson, brain infarction; e) pain and limited daily life are not caused by hip pathogenesis according to radiology and physical examination; f) malfunction of blood coagulation, infection; g) malignant diseases, or other diseases severely impairing motion, function and quality of life of the patients.
