Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in the past 12 months, irregular menstrual cycle, menstrual period in advance or wrong after 7 days or more (early menopause transition); In the past 12 months, fall off at least two menstrual cycles, or amenorrhoea more than 60 days, but in November or less (late menopause transition) [1, 14]. Menopause in the 12 months to 36 months between, including 12 months and 36 months (3 years) menopause; 2. baking hot symptoms, may be accompanied by other menopause symptoms, such as sweat, insomnia, migraine, dysphoria, vaginal dry, pain during sex, etc.; 3. aged 40 to 55 years old; 4. no mandatory indications of hormone therapy, such as surgery, active menopause osteoporosis; 5. hot flashes or 6 points; 6. voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One test before menstrual cycle rules within three months; 2. nearly four perimeter time application of estrogen, progesterone, SSRIs, soy isoflavones, vitamin E, or black cohosh; 3. ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, ovarian larger than 4 cm in diameter or after hysterectomy. 4. disease history of radiation and chemotherapy, or are receiving radiation and chemotherapy; 5. Vaginal bleeding of unknown origin; 6. blood coagulation dysfunction or taking warfarin and heparin anticoagulant drugs; 7. patients with skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, etc; 8. severe liver and kidney function is not complete; 9. have not control of high blood pressure, diabetes or thyroid disease; 10. diabetic neuropathy, malignant tumor, and mental illness, including depression, 11. There is a pregnancy will or is in pregnancy or lactation; 12. The use of sedatives or anti-anxiety medications regularly; 13. Long-term smoking and drinking alcohol; 14. installation pacemakers or artificial joints; 15. Poor adherence.
