Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select preoperative examination showed vertebral artery blood supply deficiency of 40 cases of elderly patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative with Parkinson's disease, alzheimer's disease, huntington's chorea (be) (be), multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, autism, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, peripheral nerve diseases such as disease and patients with central nervous system disease, liver disease, heart disease, kidney dysfunction, abnormal lung function of the patients were excluded.
