Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. THR: Primary or secondary osteoarthritis, dysplasia of the hip secondary osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, femoral neck fractures inside bursa, traumatic osteoarthritis, aseptic necrosis of femoral head; 2. TKR: Osteoarthritis end-stage; Other infectious arthritis end-stage: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, kaschin-beck disease, traumatic osteoarthritis; 3. Artificial femoral head replacement: Femoral neck fracture and part of patients with intertrochanteric fracture whose can provide for oneself and for a walk before injury, age > 75 osteoporosis and, with expected life duration of not more than 10 to 15 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refused to sign the informed consent, revision joint surgery, Bilateral surgery at the same time, secondary surgery, history of arteriovenous thrombosis, long-term anticoagulant therapy, oral aspirin, chlorine arsenic gray, clotting disease, renal insufficiency, creatinine clearance < 50 ml/min, epilepsy, pregnant women and nursing mothers did, not control severe arterial hypertension, activity of gastric ulcer disease, gastrointestinal ulcer, the source of vascular retinopathy, recent intracranial or cerebral hemorrhage, spinal internal or abnormal brain blood vessels, brain, spine, or an eye surgery recently.
