B:Taking maintenance dose (90mg Bid) Ticagrelor after PCI

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with stable coronary artery disease and need PCI therapy; 2. Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign informal consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients as follows will be excluded.1 Patients of ST segment elevation and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 2. Patients undergoing PCI or CABG therapy shorter than 1 year and patients with cardiogenic shock; 3. Patients with recent infection, trauma, rheumatic activities, significant liver and kidney dysfunction or complications such as cancer, thyroid disease, tuberculosis or taking hormones; 4. Patients with severe valvular heart disease; 5. Patients with intolerable side effects due to ticagrelor and patients can not be long-term cooperation; 6. Mental illness patients such as depression, mania and patients with alcoholism or drug addicts.
