Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe to moderate hypermobility stress urinary incontinence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrinsic sphincter deficiency, MUI, concomitant hysterectomy and pelvic reconstruction surgeries, pregnancy, urinary tract infection, a post void residual volume greater than 100 ml, or a past history of neurological disease, urogenital malignancy, fistula or pelvic radiotherapy.
