Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, random sex, aged 30-60 years old; 2. first episode patients, surgery time within 72 hours of onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe bleeding disorders; 2. Neck abscess or infected patients; 3. Hunt-Hess ?, ? grade patients; 4. Patients with secondary aneurysm surgery and unruptured aneurysms; 5. Have a history of mental illness and epilepsy; 6. With severe cardiovascular disease and a history of serious diseases of other organs.
