25 Years to 58 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) fracture-dislocation (type C according to the Margel classificationtype C means anteriormiddle and posterior column structure rotationally damage) of the thoracolumbar junction (T11–L2); (2) With/without neurological deficits; (3) Aged 20-60 years; (4) <24 hours from the time of injury; (5) Only 2 vertebral bodies fracture-dislocation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) fracture-dislocation above T11or below L2; (2) pathological or severe osteoporotic fractures; (3) incomplete radiological or clinical follow-up; (4) With fatal injury cant tolerate surgery such as severe craniocerebral injury/Abdominal/chest internal bleeding.
