Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients should be in line with psoriasis diagnosis standard,and have not accepted systemic immunomodulatory drugs, such as corticosteroids or retinoid in recent four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who suffer from severe liver and kidney damage, mental illness, hematopoietic dysfunction and other serious organic disease, received immunosuppressor,high doses of glucocorticoid or retinoid in the past 4 weeks, pregnant and lactating women.
