Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients in coma after CPR or patients undergoing hypoxic-ischemic brain damage for various reasons; 2. patients with core temperature=35 degree; 3. patients with stable hemodynamic with or without external factors support (i.e. vasopressor); 4. patients with mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients giving up CPR; 2. patients with end-stage disease; 3. patients with chronic kidney failure; 4. patients with continuous refractory ventricular arrhythmias; 5. patients with serious bradycardia without temporary pacemaker; 6. patients with active bleedingdigestive tracthemorrhage or intracranial hemorrhage; 7. patients recovery from cardiac arrest and responsive to verbal instruction; 8. patients with BPC <50×10^9/L; 9. patients with septic stock or serious cardiogenic shock; 10. patients with rectal injury.
