Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Specific types of Single segmental protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc (including posterior-lateral type lumbar disc herniation, central type lumbar disc herniation, isolated type lumbar disc protrusion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc except for above-mentioned( including the extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation, ossification of intervertebral disc or posterior longitudinal ligament, local anatomic variation, developmental lumbar spinal stenosis, sever local conglutination and postoperative recurrence); 2. Pregnant or lactating woman; 3. Patients with serious cardial, hepatic or renal disease; 4. Patients having envolved in another clinical trials; 5. Patients don't want to attend this research or observe the blind method of this research; 6. Patients unsuitable for this trial for other reasons evaluated by researchers.
