Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 ASA grade I, II elderly patients, aged 60-75 years, undergoing elective operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have severe cardiac diseases (cardiac function classification at III-IV or myocardial infarction within 3 months), severe infection, hematonosis, severe liver or kidney dysfunction(serum creatinine 50% higher than normal value), and patients whose MAP over 90mmHg or blood lose over 1000ml would be excluded.
