5 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging data(X plain,computed tomography,Magnetic Resonance Imaging)proved osteonecrosis of femoral head in children; 2. Aged less than 18 years; 3. Catterall Staging between II and III; 4. Have the tolerance of operation; 5. Voluntary participation and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sever deformation and collapse of femoral head; 2. Patients with septic arthritis of the hip, hip joint tuberculosis infection; 3. Poor general condition, without the toleration of operation; 4. Abnormal mental state.
