Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of multiple joint replacement patient: Aged 75 years and more; Two or more joint diseases (such as fractures, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, joint dysplasia) which need the joint replacement therapy, patients with at least one basic system diseases (such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes), the patients agree to take damage control.Inclusion criteria of the orthopedic patients with organ failure: Patients with one or more organ failure (such as respiratory failure, heart failure, liver failure, chronic renal failure), a musculoskeletal disorder (or trauma) and conservative treatment is invalid,the patients agree to take damage control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of multiple joint replacement patient: joint replacement surgery may not be necessary, only one joint need the joint replacement surgery, no systemic diseases, the patient refused to take damage control and urged the early operation. Exclusion criteria of the orthopedic patients with organ failure: orthopedic patients who have not yet reached the standard of diagnosis of organ failure,with organ failure, but without the need of operation treatment for the orthopedic diseases, the patient refused to take damage control and urged the early operation.
