18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A clinical diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthritis, symptomatic osteoarthritis accompanied by cartilage defects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age>70, Knee flexion deformity, injury of ligament instability,knee varus malalignment (>10 degrees), Systemic bone arthritis,Multiple injuries, patellar and tibial lesion, accept the stable ligament operation and follow-up less than 24 mon,non articular cartilage injury in the weight bearing area under arthroscopy,Not willing to participate in this research.
