18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients in accordance to the Fourth National Stroke Conference diagnostic criteria; 2. patients with first-time stroke confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, more than three months after stroke onset, in stable vital signs; 3. All patients with drop foot and strephenopodia, willing to participate in the research; 4. The Modified Ashworth scaleII; 5. Patients can walk independently or under the supervision more than 15 m; 6. Willing to meet the necessary routine checks, such as Blood routine, routine urine test and dung routine, hepatic and renal function, electrocardiogram and so on. Willing to accept the head CT / MRI examination or can provide CT or MRI films and reports within the past month; 7. Willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who with severe heart and lung and kidney dysfunction, can not suitable to accept this training project; 2. Patients with Transient ischemic attack; 3. Patients with Severe cognitive dysfunction can't cooperate with the trainer; 4. Patients with mental illness, MMSE <23 points; 5. Deaf, dumb people.
