18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 14 and 80 years; 2) The patients were diagnosed and classified ischemic stroke and TIA according to guidelines of American stroke Association(ASA); 3) The first onset of ischemic stroke and TIA(within two weeks); 4) The patients have at least one cardiovascular risk factors can be adjusted, such as hypertension, high cholesterol and high blood sugar; 5) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients who have cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders, coma (Glasgow coma score <4), or aphasia, and cannot be complete experiment; 2) The patients who have severe heart and lung disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer and so on; 3) The patient who cannot coordinate and follow-up; 4) pregnant women; 5) Participated the other clinical experimenters nearly three months.
