Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Scheduled for craniocerebral operations; 4. ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocrine,immunological or malignant tumor diseases; 2. HB<110g/L,over 30% standard body weight; 3. Fever or infection in 1 month; 4. Transfusion,hormone or NSAID therapy in 1 month.
