Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PD patients diagnosed with PD according to UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank: (1) At least existing two main symptoms of the following: rest tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, postural instability; (2) Excluding patients with secondary Parkinson syndromes caused by history of drug exposure, repeated strokes, definite encephalitis and head injury,and with Parkinson plus syndromes, such as PSP, MSA, SND; (3) Having Excellent response to levodopa; (4) Persistent asymmetry affecting side of onset most; 2. Patients with sane, have good compliance and could cooperate with follow-up; 3. Signed informed consent himself (herself) or his (her) immediate family member.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Essential tremor(ET); (2) Secondary Parkinson syndromes caused by history of repeated strokespoisoning, definite encephalitis and head injury; (3) Parkinson plus syndromes including PSP, MSA, DLB, etc.; (4) Severe dementia, dysarthria and other psychiatric diseases effecting expression; (5) Malignant tumor, inflammatory diseases, disability and other serious somatic disease; (6) Poor treatment compliance or difficult to follow-up, such as living too afar without contact.
