Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 60 years old and diagnosed with diabetes millitus; patients with normal cognitive state and without serious audio-visual obstacles; patients with basic reading and understanding ability; the patients who recieved insulin therapy newly (in 1 month) and had not yet grasped. patients with basic activity ability to care for normal daily life, and the ones volunteered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with illiteracy, serious cognitive impairment,depressive state or other mental deseases, severe complication or serious psychosomatic disorder such as cancer.
