Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily tested and signed informed consent; 2. Patients, aged 18-75 years old, require surgical interventionin line with liver cancer diagnostic criteria; 3. Be able to communicate well with the investigator and comply with requirements throughout the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Don't meet the inclusion criteria; 2. There are other parts of concomitant malignancy; 3. If it is metastatic liver cancer, the primary tumor is failed to remove or there is a clear extrahepatic metastases in other parts; 4. Senile dementia, brain atrophy, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, acute phase of cerebrovascular disease or cognitive disabilities; 5. Patients with mental and neurological disorders can not be cooperatived with the doctor; 6. Local or systemic bacterial infection in acute stage are not effectively controlled; 7. Patients with surgical contraindications: such as severe cardiopulmonary disease, coagulation disorders; 8. Patients with shock and critically ill, can not cope with the operation and evaluation of the effects; 9. Special type of liver resection: including isolated liver resection, laparoscopic liver resection; 10. Preoperative liver function score: Child-Pugh> 6; 11. Preoperative DDG: R15=15%; 12. Reserved liver volume (FRLV) / standard liver volume (SLV) = 40% or portal vein embolization (PVE); 13. Time from the last local treatment (TACE or ablation therapy or absolute alcohol injection therapy) is less than a month; 14. Considering the other cases, researchers believe that patients should not participate.
