30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New onset T2DM, BMI=18kg/m2; 2. FPG 7mmol/L to 9mmol/L; and/or 2hPG 11.1 to 16.6 mmol/L; and GHbA1c=9%; 3. Aged 30-70 years; 4. Without any antihyperglycemic drug and medications known to alter carbohydrate metabolism treatment history; 5. healthy control: OGTT FPG=5.6mmol/L and 2HPG=7.8mmol/L; 6. Signature to Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects had undergone prior gastrointestinal surgery or had any clinical evidence of gastropathy, such as postprandial bloating, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. And be on medications known to alter gastrointestinal motility. And had any obviously hepatic, nephritic or cardiac disease.
