18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer patients scheduled for mastectomy and DIEP flap breast reconstruction; 2. Aged 18 - 65 years; 3. ASA physical status I or II; 4. BMI<30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiac disease; 2. poorly controlled hypertension; 3. arrhythmia; 4. Abnormal hepatic function or renal function; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Peripheral vascular disease; 7. Cerebrovascular disease; 8. Autoimmune disease.
