40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Aged 40-80 years old, male or female, BMI <30kg/m2; 3. no history of serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 4. in patients with primary disease, preoperative examination to exclude distant metastasis-related, did not receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. patients have agreed to use the PCA analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe central nerve system disease or surgery history; 2. there is a clear mental illness, recent use of antipsychotic drugs, alcohol or drug addiction history; 3. have sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate 177µmol / L; active liver disease); 5. hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, diabetes patients; 6. palliative surgery because of inable to remove the tumor or extensive intra-abdominal metastasis; 7. Serious adverse reactions of anesthesia during surgery (airway difficulties, allergic reactions) and postoperative intensive care unit if needed.
