Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Willing to participate and sign the inform consent; (2) Fulfilling the Western Medicine diagnosis of Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (Symptoms in the Six months before diagnosis, and continue to exist in the past three months); (3) Fulfilling the TCM diagnosis of Liver spleen disharmony; (4) Aged between 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome; (2) Previous abdominal operation history; (3) Had received of using drugs on irritable bowel syndrome patients in the last one weeks (4) The patients had other diseases other than diarrhea, Is drug therapy and effect of test drug observer; (5) pregnancy or prepare pregnant women; (6) Allergies or allergic to the known ingredient of the test drug; (7) Combined cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems severe primary disease, cancer or diseases which severely affect their survival; (8) With severe neurosis; (9) The exclusion of other organic diseases caused by diarrhea.
