Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Approved by the Ethics Committee of Tiantan hospital. patients with intraspinal tumor are enrolled after appropriate written informed consent and assent. Patients aged 18 to 60 years, with ASA grade I or II, and a body mass index less than 30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: long-term use of sedatives, analgesics and addictive to them; severe circulatory system diseases (such as heart block, heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction); clinical diagnosis of diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance, or suspected diabetes; insulin and glucose injection during the research; whole body or vital organ infections; infections of stimulated or recorded part; obesity (BMI>30Kg/m2), anemia (hemoglobin<11g/L); severe damage of vital organs (such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction).
