35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. presence of angina for < 12 hours prior to hospital admission; 2. elevation of ST-segment in at least 2 consecutive ECG leads; and 3. elevation of serum cardiac troponin T or myocardial enzymes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) manifestation of cardiac shock or a blood pressure (BP) 180 mmHg despite intravenous use of antihypertensives), major surgery or trauma within 6 weeks, hemorrhagic stroke within 6 months, major gastrointestinal bleeding within 6 months; (5) serum hemoglobin < 100 g/L or platelets < 100×10^9/L; (6) presence of severe renal or hepatic dysfunction.
