Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? the age of 18-80 years of age hospitalized patients; ?patients are diagnosed to infarction of anterior circulation; ?computed tomographic angiography(CTA) examinations indicate M1 segment middle cerebral artery(MCA)±intracranial internal carotid artery(ICA) severe stenosis or compete occlusions;?within 48 hours; ?Neurological deficit score (NIHSS) score of 4-20 points; patients of the first onset or relapsed ones of the NIHSS <4 points; ? Patients agree to sign clinical use informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients receive rt-PA treatment; ?CT examinations indicate cerebral bleeding; ?computed tomographic angiography(CTA) examinations indicate mild or moderate occlusion of M1 segment middle cerebral artery(MCA) and only carotid artery occlusion; ?blood pressure = 90/60mmHg or the = 200mmHg/100mmHg; ?ACEI drugs were used within 24 hours; ?Associated pneumonia or other serious infections; ? patients suffer from cardiac insufficiency, chronic liver disease(A/G inversion), ALT rising up to 1.5 times of normal value,blood creatinine elevating higher than 1.5 times of normal value or other serious systemic or organ organic diseases; ?allergic constitution, allergic history to various drugs; ?severe mental disorders, or existing other conditions who can not cooperate; ?pregnancy or lactating women.
