Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 years and 70 years (including 18 and 70 years); 2. Hp positive patients with Duodenal ulcer (without complications); 3. Duodenal ulcer stging: A1 and A2; 4. Rapid urease test (?2+) and/or positive in 13C breath test; 5. Regular eradication therapy was never received.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment with steroids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, proton pump inhibitors H2 receptor antagonists and antibiotics within 4 weeks of entry; 2. Duodenal ulcer with staging H,S and comlications (active hemorrhage, perforation and obstruction); 3. Previous gastric surgery; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Concomitant severe disease; 6. Allergic to medicine in this trial; 7. Participated in other clinical trial within 3 month; 8. Unable to cooperate in the trial.
