Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who had experienced at least two consecutive abortions with the same husband, and only those women for whom no explanation could be found in the following assessments for their recurrent abortions were includedpelvic ultrasonography, hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy, blood tests (rhesus factor, complete blood count), thyroid function tests (T3, T4, thyroid stimulating hormone), immunological tests (antiphospholipid antibodies, lupus antibodies), TORCH: IgM, chromosomal analysis, mid luteal phase progesterone levels, serum prolactin levels, a high vaginal swab for bacteriology, and chromosomal and semen analyses in husbands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with various tumors, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood diseases, severe systemic infection or decreased immunity are excluded.
