14 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with severe traumatic brain injury diagnostic criteria; 2. GCS score 3-8; 3. aged 14-65 years old; 4. no more than 12 hours after brain injury or not more than 6 hours after brain surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating patients; 2. previous history of serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney function and severe insufficiency; 3. combined with severe combined injury, hypothermia, etc.; 4. the shock has not been corrected; 5. did not sign the informed consent.
