18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. admitted within 6h after injury first diagnosed GCS = 8 points brain injury; 2. aged 18 to 60 years old, no obvious organic lesions in vital organs before the injury; 3. no impact on diabetes and other endocrine nutritional and metabolic disorders; 4. no more than 24 hours after brain surgery; 5. survival = 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating patients; 2. previous history of serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney function and severe insufficiency; 3. with severe combined injury (three or more organ damage), low body temperature; 4. shock has not been corrected; 5. not signed informed consent.
