40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-70y; 2. ASA II-III; 3. Typecardia cancer resection; 4. esophageal cancer resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>30 kg/m2; 2. liver or renal insufficiency; 3. cardiovascular disease; 4. allergy to any of the drugs like midazolam, opioids and dexmedetomidine; 5. history of chronic alcoholism and smoking; 6. sedative and analgesic drug abuse; 7. emergency surgery; 8. with a history of asthma or an anticipated difficult airway; 9. communication difficulties.
