18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Diagnosed venomous snakebite, and classified into 2-4 grade of Downey classification; 3. Within 48 hours after injury; 4. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deinagkistrodon acutus bite; 2. Oral anticoagulants; 3. PT or APTT extend more than 2 times; 4. Severe systemic disease; 5. Psychopathy who can not cooperate with treatment; 6. Woman who is during lactation or pregnancy; 7. Participating in other clinical trials; 8. Patients unsuitable for this trial for other reasons evaluated by researchers.
