16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are aged from 16-60, meet a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective or delusional disorder according to the criteria of DSM-5 (APA, 2013), currently experience treatment resistant and distressing hallucinations and/or delusions, are capable of providing informed consent, and are able to communicate with Cantonese will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with organic brain disease, illicit drug use, learning difficulties or hearing impairment will be excluded from the study
