18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of malignant tumor, aged 18-65years old; 2. Expected survival time is longer than 5 months; 3. Stable condition, Karnofsky>70; 4. Conscious, in line with research; 5. Assessed as moderate or severe fatigue by Piper Fatigue score (PFS); 6. Volunteered to participate in this study, has been written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are other major health problems will obstruct aerobic exercise intervention. For example, Cardiopulmonary disease, mental disorder, liver insufficiency, kidney insufficiency, Movement disorders; 2. Unstable condition, still need active treatment; 3. Have regular exercise habits; 4. Unable to adapt the Anti-fatigue TCM medicine, Acupuncture and Venous blood collection.
