Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) there is a clear history of ankle injury; (2) the injury time within 72 hours; (3) ankle joints appear severe pain and tenderness; (4) the ankle joint and the surrounding local rapid swelling, even joint function appear significantly abnormal; (5) aged 18 to 65 years old, male or female; (6) sign informed consent, voluntary subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Fracture or muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues have complete rupture and large blood vessels bleeding; (2) Associated with severe primary psychiatric disorders and in patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems; (3) Damaged skin wounds, injuries or other diseases affecting the local administration, such as skin diseases; (4) Lactation, pregnancy or planning a pregnancy; (5) Allergic constitution or allergy medications known; (6) Occurred fainting after acupuncture previously; (7) Being participating in clinical trials in patients with other drugs.
