20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with the elective radical correction of gastric cancer; 2. ASA Class I or II; 3. Aged 20 to 65 years old, male or female; 4. BMI 20-25kg/m-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of systematic diseases (cardiovascular, brain, pulmonary, kidney or liver diseases), endocrine diseases, tumor diseases; 2. severe hypotension or hypertension; 3. immune system diseases, immunizing drug therapies; 4. a recent history of blood transfusion and infection within one month.
