55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select elective surgery in elderly patients, ASA grade I to II, surgery longer than 2 hours, male or female, older than 55 years old. Expected blood loss >600ml. Preoperative hemoglobin (Hb)=110g/L, hematocrit (Hct)=35%, platelet (PLT) count=100×10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from cancer, preoperative coagulation abnormalities associated with cerebrovascular disease, preoperative presence of deep vein thrombosis, liver and lungs and other vital organs determined system dysfunction.
