18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females from 18-70 years of age; 2. Chronic urticaria patients combined toenails onychomycosis whose directed microscopy test is positive and fungal culture identified as dermatophytes; 3. Skin prick test shows that there is at least one positive of Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum; 4. All patients provided informed consent before their participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with antifungal treatment in newely 2 weeks; 2. Patients receive antihistamines,corticosteroids and immunomodulators treatment in 3 days; 3. patients with acute urticaria , autoimmune and physical urticaria and vasculitis; 4. Females of child-bearing potential or breast feeding; 5. The patients with severe cardiovascular disease and other systems disease; 6. Patients with severe renal dysfunction; 7. Patients not expected to complete follow-up.
