Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged between 20 to 40 years old women; 2. According to the standard of Rotterdam diagnosis of PCOS patients, that is, all participants must have not ovulation, and merge sample polycystic ovaries and/or hyperandrogenism; 3. The tubal patency test, including the uterus oviduct imaging and diagnostic laparoscopy, shows that at least one side oviduct unobstructed; 4. According to the world health organization (who) standards (2010), her husband's semen analysis: (1) normal sperm density is at least 15 million per milliliter; (2) the forward movement of the sperm of at least 32%; (3) the normal morphology sperm for at least 4%; 5. In accordance with Chinese medicine irregular menstruation syndrome diagnosis standard and phlegm dampness syndrome diagnostic criteria. The main symptoms, tongue and pulse and the secondary symptoms of any two or more items can be diagnostic of phlegm dampness (1) The main symptomsdelayed menorrheathe less the color pink soft sticky, eventually lead to amenorrhea; (2) The secondary symptoms:obesitysymptoms of chest tightness; anorexia fullness; loose stool; leucorrhoea quantity is polychromatic white; spiritlessness and drowsiness;asthenia facial edema; (3) pale tongue or teeth marks, white and greasy fur, slippery pulse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High blood prolactin, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, abnormal function of thyroid gland, adrenal or ovarian secretion of androgens tumor, etc.; 2. Merge serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and psychiatric patients; 3. Use of hormonal or other medication including Chinese Herbal prescriptions in the past 3 months; 4. Pregnancy within the past 6 weeks; 5. Acupuncture within the last 6 months; 6. Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, large amounts of alcohol intake and chronic liver disease; 7. Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine is endogenous heat due to yin deficiency or luxuriant 'yang re'.
