18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years; 2. patients was admitted within 24 hours following ictus of brain trauma or stroke; 3. CT or MRI had revealed the traumatic brain injury or stroke; 4. patients met the criteria of NICU admission such as GCS=8haemodynamic instability andunstable neurological status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of traumatic brain injury or stroke within the six months before this ictus; 2. infectious diseases within three months before this ictus; 3. severe systemic diseases such as tumor, immnological diseases, organ dysfunciton, etc,; 4. patients were treated with immnosuppressive drugs such as steroids,chemotherapeutic drugs.
