Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) I or II; 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of > 23; 3. greater than six years of education; 4. no history of neurological diseases or hyperthyroidism; 5. normal liver and kidney function; 6. no impairment of vision and hearing; and 7. no administration of sedative, antidepressant or analgesic drugs; 8. All patients aged 65-77 years males, body weight 888- 111Kg, BMI 28-35kg/m2, apnea hypopnea index (AHI)ranged from 21 to 42 times/h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The mini mental state examination (MMSE) score<23 points; 2.the junior middle school the following cultural degree; 3. the impairment of renal function (creatinine177 umol/L) or active liver disease; 4. the central nervous system or mental illness; 5. and taking tranquilizers, antidepressants or a history of alcoholism; 6. influence the visual disorder serious AC.
