Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years with ASA I or II undergoing craniotomy were eligible for inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were ASA classification III or more, cardiac abnormalities, craniofacial anomaly, respiratory problems (pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis and severe obstructive sleep apnea), Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)<15, intracranial hypertension and uncontrolled epilepsy.
