Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the following diagnostic criteria:Refer to Guidelines for diagnosis treatment and rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis in China (Beijing, 2007) issued by professional committee of cervical spondylosis, Chinese association of rehabilitation medicine; (1) Symptoms of numbness or pain and signs follow radicular distribution; (2) Positive actions by spurling test or eaten test; (3) Imaging tests basically corresponds with clinical manifestations; (4) To exclude pains are not caused by cervical vertebral destructive lesions, such as thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, periarthritis of shoulder, biceps monstrous, tenosynovitis, etc.. 2. Patients without obvious surgical indications; 3. Patients with age ranges from 18 to 70; 4. Patients signed Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cervical calcification of posterior longitudinal ligament or congenital malformation, such as developmental cervical stenosis; 2. Patients with manifest trauma on the neck; 3. Patients with inefficacy by systemized non-operational treatment including neck immobilization, cervical traction, hyperthermia, non-steroidal anti-in-flammatory drugs, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, tuina, physical therapy, comprehensive treatment, etc in 3 to 6 months, or patients of repeated outbreak; 4. Patients with lives severe effected by the stimulating symptoms of nerve roots; 5. Patients occur progressive muscular atrophy or dyskinesia; 6. Patients with inefficacy by non-operational treatment confirmed by imaging tests; 7. Patients complicated with severe diseases from cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 8. Patients complicated with clinical infection; 9. Patients with osteoporosis; 10. Women be in pregnancy or lactation; 11. Patients persisted use western medicine over five kinds once time and over three years.
